Origin Camping Shipping Policy
Shipping Time -- Most orders received will ship within 2-3 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
Shipping Cost --Shipping cost are included in the price (continental U.S. only) unless you cancel your order after it ships. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Charges related to canceled orders are assumed by the purchaser through a 20% of total order restock.
Arrival-- Upon receipt, please inspect package for any damage before signing the Bill of Lading required by FedEx at the time your package arrives at your doorstep. If the package is damaged, please make a note on Bill of Lading regarding any visible damage and email us immediately to start the claims process.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Origin Camping Supply only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
